Made appointment for est of hail damage online. Office staff called to confirm including needing estimate. When I arrive, my estimator is out that day. Another person was asked to do it and he seemed reluctant to remove himself from his chair. When we went outside he was ,"oh we dont do estimates for hail damage, only repairs. If you booked online, it cant decipher that." Ummmm...OK then. Why did office staff call and confirm???? Guess ill take my current and future business elsewhere.

I took our Rivian there after damage from our garage to the side mirror. The estimate process was great and once we filed a claim with our insurance they were quick to start the repairs. That’s when the good stopped. We had to call to ask about status multiple times. The parts were delayed because of weather (I know they can’t control that!) and then the pickup was delayed more because they couldn’t figure out the configurations and had to get Rivian involved in configuring the new cameras. Then we got a call from them stating that during the detailing process, the car was scratched and had to be repainted, which occurred on a holiday weekend and delayed pickup even longer. Once it was repainted, I got a text at 7:30 AM stating that it was ready. I called and spoke to the front desk at 9:00AM and was told it was ready. I drove my husband up there and had to drop him off, and he was told that they had to do more configurations and it would be “a few hours.” So I had to go back and pick him up - even after I confirmed that it was ready to go. When it FINALLY was ready, we were incorrectly overcharged and are still waiting on a $417 refund from almost a month ago. Overall- a very fru

Taylor Strong!!!! I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Group 1 Collision for the 2nd time, especially with Taylor Strong. I walked in without an appointment, expecting to wait and to have to file a huge claim, but Taylor greeted me right away and made me feel like a priority from the moment I arrived. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Huge shoutout to Ms. Maureen for her exceptional service! Dealing with an accident is stressful, but Maureen made the whole process seamless. She was incredibly kind, professional, and transparent about the insurance claims and repair progress. What mpressed me most was her thoroughness during the final pickup. She meticulously explained the work done and ensured I was 100% satisfied before i left. Her customer-first mindest really shines through. Highly recommend this place, especially Maureen!

I had a fantastic experience with GP1 Collision Center. As a Rivian owner, I’m extremely particular about who works on my vehicle, and the fact that they’re Rivian-certified gave me immediate confidence. After going through the process, I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust my Rivian with anyone else. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the team clearly knows these vehicles inside and out. What really stood out, though, was the communication. Maureen was absolutely amazing, she kept me informed every step of the way with consistent updates, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
